Library Loot [2]

Here are some books I received from the library lately.  Enjoy!

It Must Be Christmas by Jennifer Crusie, Donna Alward & Mandy Baxter
A book of Christmas short stories.

Christmas and cowboys, two of my favorite things!

Blood, Bullets, and Bones by Bridget Heos
Uses real-life cases to tell the fascinating history of modern forensic science, from the first test for arsenic poisoning to fingerprinting, firearm and blood spatter analysis, & DNA evidence.

Have you brought any goodies home from the library recently?
Leave a list or link in the comments!

  1. I love a good holiday romance! Will you be reviewing these two? I'd like to know what you think of them. Happy reading!
    Here's my library loot post

    1. I hope to review as many holiday books as I can this year. Holiday books are some of my favorites to read.

  2. Blood, Bullets, and Bones sounds interesting. I enjoy true crime television shows but hadn't thought about trying books with in the same genre. Thanks for sharing and happy reading!

    1. I love anything with a crime element. Plus, that book had a starred review from one of the major reviewers, so I figured I was meant to read this book.

  3. I've brought a couple of children's books home this week to read with my son- but they were all kind of blah :/ Blood Bullets and Bones sounds super interesting!
