My Thoughts:
We Were Liars was one of my most anticipated novels of 2014, and it did not disappoint me! I'm not going to go into much detail because to talk about anything would spoil the plot. The setting was gorgeously detailed (the family owns their own summer island) and it's easy to picture the understated opulence.
I had a few "holy crap" moments, and my heart broke a little at the very end. If you like suspense and intrigue, I would suggest checking out this book!
Disclosure: I borrowed a copy from my library.
